St. George Street

After a wonderful afternoon at the beach, we headed back to the hotel to explore the historic town of St. Augustine. St. Augustine was founded in 1565, so the whole town possess a quirky and old-fashioned vibe. We met up with Isabella to explore St. George street. It is a strip full of hundreds of cute stores filled with unique treasures. We shopped, ate lots of sweet treats, and explored the vintage town. Our favorite food shop was Kernel Poppers, a popcorn boutique with a huge variety of fun popcorns. Peter got the S’mores and I was boring and went for the classic kettle corn! Our favorite store was Earth Bound, a hipster inspired shop full of Buddha’s, dream catchers, and artsy decor. Isabella showed us all of the cool spots and hidden secrets of Downtown St. Augustine. We definitely would recommend hitting up St. George Street if you ever find yourself in St. Augustine.
